I spent years not knowing what I was searching for.
Only that something was missing. A feeling of being at home in my own life. A sense that I was living—not just performing.
School didn't teach it. Success didn't bring it. Neither did being everything to everyone.
I had to break before I understood:
the education that matters most was never given to us.
We learn math. We learn language. We learn history. But no one teaches us how to understand our own hearts. How to feel fully. How to be with ourselves without running away.
I learned it the hard way. Through experiences that broke me open. Through years of searching. Through finally understanding that I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.
That missing education became my life's work.
Today, I help people find what I had to discover alone: that growth doesn't start with strategy, it starts with understanding yourself. That the body remembers what the mind forgets. That you can't grow upward without first going downward.
I do this through three paths: letting children explore the emotional skills they deserve from the start, creating experiential spaces for adults ready to go deeper, and building accessible communities where everyone can be heard.
If you've read this far, something here resonates. Trust that.
